For the past few days, I’ve been brewing green tea, cooling it in the fridge, and mixing it in my containers of water everyday. I got the idea from fitness model, Vanessa Tib. What better way to get in daily antioxidants and increase in fat burning? You guys should try it!
Green tea is a great form of caffeine, and if you’re gonna do it, start brewing!! :)
